Terms of service
This page will carry a real effective date when Pista launches.
These terms cover how Pista works: what you're buying, what we deliver, and what happens if something goes wrong. They are placeholder drafts. TODO: replace with reviewed legal copy, including the legal entity operating Pista, its registered address, and the governing law and jurisdiction, before launch.
What you're buying
Each order is a single video review performed by a human coach: an annotated video, a written report, and where applicable drills and a focus card. You are paying for a coach's time and judgement, not automated analysis.
Footage you upload
You confirm you have the right to share the footage you upload, including the right to show any other players who appear in it. Do not upload footage of anyone who hasn't agreed to be filmed and reviewed.
Turnaround
Your review is due within 3 days of your footage finishing upload. See the refunds page for what happens if we miss that window.
Payment
All prices are in EUR and shown before you pay. Payment is processed by a third-party merchant of record; Pista does not store your card details.
Acceptable use
Pista is for reviewing your own padel play. Don't upload footage unrelated to padel coaching, and don't use the service to harass, misrepresent, or impersonate anyone.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
