Privacy policy
This page will carry a real effective date when Pista launches.
This page explains what happens to your footage and your data specifically, because that's usually people's first question. TODO: replace with reviewed legal copy once the operating entity and data processors (video hosting, payments, email) are finalised.
Who watches your footage
Your video is watched by your assigned coach and, where needed for quality or support, by Pista's operating team. It is never shared outside the people directly involved in producing your review.
Where your footage is stored
Footage is uploaded directly to our video hosting provider over an encrypted connection and stored there while your review is in progress. It is not stored on our own servers.
How long we keep it
Raw footage is deleted 30 days after your review is delivered. Your annotated video, report card and drills remain available in your account after that.
Marketing use is opt-in
We will never use your footage or review in marketing, on the website, or anywhere public unless you actively opt in. It is off by default, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
Other personal data
We collect the minimum needed to deliver and support your order: your email address, order and payment history, and any messages you send your coach. We don't sell personal data to third parties.
Your rights
Write to privacy@pista.coach and you can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data, subject to what we need to keep for accounting and legal purposes. A request that reaches that address is answered by a person, not a form.
